My Role
Lead UX Designer and responsible for the research, experience strategy, and design of the Web Application. Worked along side a designer who focused on the clients style guide and navigation.

The Problem
The client wants a very comprehensive clean and transparent query function for the teams and players that can be easily accessed by the Executives, Coaches, Scouts, Front Office and Medical Personnels and be able to generate report based on the query. Also to enhance the functionality and usability beyond competitors.

The Approach & Challenge
The first challenge is getting the SME (Coaches, Medical,Scout etc) interviewed to be able to know their day-to-day process and the way they like to query and generate report or what they will like to see on daily report.

 

 

Userflow (Visualising End-to_End)
I used experience mapping techniques to visualise and communicate the users end-to-end experience across each personas. Creating widget for each personas that can be customized to desire elements by individuals
